 John Ross has more than thirty five years of experience with the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (Dallas District Office) in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Ross has served as a Mediator for the last nineteen years with the EEOC, leading the office in resolutions. He has a broad knowledge base in employment and labor law through the mediation process. He has mediated more than 6,000 cases with an 80% settlement rate. He was a Federal Investigator for more than 16 years with the EEOC and through this, Mr. Ross has obtained substantial knowledge and understanding of statutes such as Title VII, ADEA, ADA, EPA and GINA enforced by EEOC. John Ross also has experience with Automotive Arbitration regarding different state’s vehicle lemon laws covering warranties on vehicles.
